Most items are in stock, for immediate delivery. If the item is backordered,
you will be notified. After you fill in your shipping and billing information,
choose your shipping method. In the U.S. you can choose either 2-3 day
Priority Mail or Next Day Express Mail. Outside the U.S. you must
choose Global Express Mail. To see the actual shipping charge
click the button that says, "View Rates. If you request a tracking
number we will E-mail it to you and you can track it (allow up to
24 hours for the package to enter the system) at: http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
WARRANTY?REPAIRS: All Products have at least a one year manufacturer's
warranty. Shure microphones have a two year warranty. We spot test products
before shipping to insure they leave here in working condition. We pride
ourselves on making available only quality items. However, we are not
able to test all items for total compatibility with all sounds cards
and hardware systems. Occasionally a manufacturer will make model changes
that we cannot be responsible for. As long as the unit is of equal or
greater quality the product will be shipped.
RETURNS: Please contact us and wait for a response before returning
an item. Returns must go to the Shipping/Returns address listed on the
Contact Us page of the web site. Any item returned without a response
from us will incur a 25% restocking fee. Returns received in new condition
and in the original clean packing within 15 days of customer receipt,
will be accepted for return. A restocking fee of $8.00 plus the
actual shipping charge, whether Free Priority or Express Mail is deducted
from the original bill. All returns will be paid by a refund check mailed
within 10 days of our receipt of the item.
Goods shipped to the address entered by the customer on the order form,
but refused or returned, will incur the actual shipping charges plus
a 25% restocking fee.
Items shipped via US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation usually
arrive within three days in the continental U.S. Next Day Express
Mail shipping in the U.S. arrive by 3PM the next day in most places
within 100 Miles of a major metropolitan airport. If you are located
in the 2% of the country that takes two days to arrive we will try to
inform you. Orders for Next Day shipping must be placed by 12:00 PM EST.
Choose a shipping method when ordering.
We routinely ship outside the continental U.S. via insured Global Express
Mail which is our Postal Service to your Postal Service. There are no
secondary carrier freight charges involved. Delivery time is usually
3-5 days. Delays have been experienced lately on shipments to EU countries.
EU countries use General Parcel as the delivery agent. We are working
on this problem on delayed shipments to EU countries. eMicrophones,
Inc. is not responsible for Taxes, Duties or any other charges beyond
its control.
Purchase Orders are accepted if payment is promised to be paid within
30 days of receiving the item. There is a shipping/handling charge for
